Are hidden upgrades (wiring, plumbing) undervalued?
Not undervalued in my opinion.
These types of upgrades are essential for the functionality and safety of a building, but because they are not visible like a new kitchen or a fresh coat of paint, people might not recognize their importance or be willing to pay more for them. For example, while a new bathroom might catch a buyer’s eye, updated electrical systems might not, even though they are crucial for the home’s overall quality and safety.
