This bathroom upgrade was done in a home in Tampa, Florida. The bathroom worked fine, but the fixtures were outdated and starting to show wear, especially around the sink area.
Before photo – old sink, mirror, and lighting.
Replacing the faucet and mirror seemed simple, but one shut-off valve didn’t close all the way. I had to pause and fix that before continuing, which wasn’t part of the plan.
During renovation – faucet and mirror installation.
Once everything was installed, the bathroom looked brighter and cleaner. One small drip showed up later that evening, so I had to tighten the connection again the next day.
After photo – refreshed bathroom.
The upgrade wasn’t perfect, but it improved daily use. For a Tampa home, dealing with moisture and older plumbing added extra steps.
Honest Lesson
Even small bathroom upgrades need patience.
