Rope Basket
If you’ve got some old rope lying around, use it to make a rope basket. You can actually turn it into a neat storage basket. All you need is rope, glue, and a bit of patience. Start by coiling the rope tightly into a flat circle for the base, gluing as you go. Once you’re happy with the size of the bottom, begin stacking the rope upward in a spiral to build the sides. Keep gluing layer by layer until the basket is as tall as you want. You can leave it natural for a rustic look or paint it for some color. It’s simple, useful, and works great for holding random items like keys, cables, or even snacks.
