The family is reportedly paying a rent of ₹24 lakh per month for the four floors .
Mannat, originally named Villa Vienna, was purchased by Shah Rukh Khan in 2001. The residence spans 27,000 square feet and boasts a state-of-the-art gym, a swimming pool, and an in-house theatre filled with Bollywood memorabilia. Due to its cultural significance, structural changes to the original building were not permitted, leading to the construction of a six-storey annexe at the back .
Fans eagerly await the completion of the renovations, anticipating the return of the Khan family to their beloved home.
