Imagine strolling through Market Square and Peel Street, not only checking out the latest retail spaces but also eyeing up some beautiful new homes. It’s like a real-life game of SimCity, but with Legal & General and Muse playing the role of benevolent overlords.
The fact that Basit Ali, the Development Director at ECF, is calling this a “significant milestone” says a lot. It seems like Wolverhampton is in for a treat, with new opportunities to live, shop, and just generally enjoy city life.
