Lighting and Electrical Materials: Where Cheap Choices Become Dangerous

Cheap electrical cables, fake breakers, and low-quality sockets don’t just spoil — they burn, shock, and cause fires. Many houses that “mysteriously” burnt down didn’t burn from witchcraft; they burnt from bad wiring and fake electrical materials.

Insist on:

copper cables, correct gauge

branded breakers and RCDs

proper earthing

original sockets and switches

Electrical materials must never be bought only because they are cheap or fine-looking. Even if you must save money somewhere, don’t save it on wiring and breakers. You can change a chandelier later — but rewiring after plastering is expensive and messy.

Safety first, decoration later.
