I wanted to refresh a spare room without spending too much. Peel and stick flooring seemed like the perfect option.
The installation was surprisingly simple. I cleaned the subfloor, marked guidelines and started laying down the planks. They cut easily with a utility knife and locked tightly together.
The hardest part was keeping the pattern consistent but once I found a rhythm it moved quickly. In one day the entire floor was done and the room looked completely new.
It cost far less than hiring installers and gave me the satisfaction of doing it myself.
Final thought: Some products make DIY renovations easier than ever. Would you try peel and stick flooring in your home?
