This bathroom update was done in a condo bathroom in Miami, Florida. The space was clean but outdated, and the humidity made everything feel a bit worn over time. A full remodel wasn’t planned, so I focused on smaller upgrades.
Before photo – old vanity, mirror and bathroom lighting.
The first change was replacing the mirror and light fixture. I underestimated how much moisture had affected the wall, and one screw didn’t hold properly at first. I had to move the fixture slightly higher than planned.
During renovation – installing mirror and light fixture.
New towels, a shower curtain, and updated hardware helped pull the space together. One towel hook still isn’t perfectly aligned, but it’s solid and doesn’t move.
After photo – refreshed bathroom.
The bathroom feels brighter and easier to maintain now. It’s not a full renovation, but for a Miami condo, the small updates made daily use more comfortable.
Real Note
Humidity adds extra challenges, even for simple bathroom upgrades.
