  • Clear problem/solution posts with cost/time ranges.

  • Before-and-after project logs (photos/videos encouraged).

  • Budget breakdowns, time tracking, and lessons learned.

  • Tool reviews with pros/cons, durability tests, and media.

  • Vendor comparisons (contractors, suppliers, materials).

  • Honest experiences with software/apps used for planning.

Every contestant must share at least 5 times per day.

How to Share:

  • Pick 5 different useful forum posts (how-tos, fixes, reviews, or news with analysis).

  • Share them publicly on different platforms: Twitter/X, Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, Threads, Instagram (bio/sticker), Pinterest, Farcaster, or other DIY/renovation forums.

  • Add a helpful caption → not just “Check this out.” Give people a reason to click (key takeaway, tip, or why it’s valuable).

Rules:

  • 5 shares daily minimum.

  • Share across multiple platforms*(try your best)*.

  • Shares must be public and visible without login.

  • Captions must be useful and non-spammy.

  • Reply in the contest thread with screenshots/links.

We’ve seen an uptick in AI “generate-and-dump” posts. That’s not acceptable here.

:check_mark: Using AI to refine, rephrase, or help structure is fine.
:cross_mark: Raw AI output with no personal effort will be removed.

All posts should include:

  • Relevant meta images.

  • Citations where needed.

  • Headers & formatting.

  • Personal insights or experiences.

  • Context that adds value.

Accounts repeatedly posting low-quality AI dumps will be disqualified.

We’ll track the live top post in the Telegram group with periodic updates.

What counts

  • Any qualified topic created this week (per Quality Bar).

  • Media-rich/how-to/case study/review/news breakdown/etc. — keep it on-niche.

Anti-gaming

  • Bot/views farms, fake accounts, or coordinated like-rings = DQ.

  • Staff may exclude spammy/low-effort entries at their discretion.

Tie-breakers

  1. Higher Unique Visitors (if available) or Views,

  2. More Replies,

  3. Earlier publish time in the week,

  4. Staff decision.

Payout

  • 1000 points credited after final tally (within 48h of week end).

  • Default payout adjustments follow main event rules if we convert to $RENO/SOL.
