One ceiling bulb is rarely enough. Bathrooms need clear lighting at the mirror and general lighting for the whole room. Poor lighting causes shadows, making shaving, makeup, or cleaning difficult.
Plan lighting during renovation so wires are hidden neatly. Use moisture-safe fittings and bright white light near mirrors. Good lighting makes the bathroom feel cleaner and more comfortable without expensive materials.
